1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Face Battle ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Each person may only maintain one account.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may upload photos for AI avatar generation and interact with other users in rooms and chat. You agree not to upload or share content that is:

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. In-Game Currency

Points are virtual currency with no real-world cash value outside of the Game. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Conversion rate (1000 Points = $1.30 USD) is for purchase purposes only. All purchases are final.

6. VIP Subscription

VIP status provides premium features as described in the Game. VIP benefits are non-transferable and expire per the stated duration.

7. Fair Play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized third-party software, or any behavior that disrupts the fair gameplay experience is prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

Users can report and block other users. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action including warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent bans. Blocked users will not be matched with you in games or visible in chat.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
